HOMESCHOOL
Those students who have been to Early Masters know, it's NOT your average art school. Children develop a deeper, more satisfying understanding of art, history, creativity, and the world around them when they study the styles and lives of such artists as van Gogh, Rembrandt, da Vinci, and Matisse. They discover what was going on politically in Paris in the early 20th century, what people were eating in Italy in the 1600's, or how hard it was for a woman artist in Mexico in the 1940's!
Class begins upstairs in 'Masterpiece Loft' where we discuss, critique, and read books on the lives and work of the world's greatest artists. Next, we head downstairs to create own masterpieces using high quality art supplies, (canvas, acrylics, watercolors, clay, and pastels).
We offer one-time or ‘series’ classes to Seattle’s homeschool communities, and design the classes according to your current curriculum.
Hours and days flexible with the needs of homeschooling groups.
Must have a class of seven for minimum of one hour- and will arrange mornings or early afternoons.
